Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Strategic Projects Coordinator to support the execution of key initiatives across our expanding portfolio. This role offers an opportunity for an early-career professional to contribute meaningfully to Indigenous-focused projects while gaining exposure to a broad range of consulting servicess

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
Liaise with contractors, content contributors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment
Assemble and refine content into client-ready deliverables, including workshop materials and facilitation guides
Develop templates and tools for Indigenous organizations to be shared via our website and client platforms
Prepare facilitation notes and materials for strategic sessions, workshops, and events
Provide operational support including bookkeeping tasks using platforms such as QuickBooks and Microsoft 365
Utilize digital tools including SurveyMonkey, Dropbox, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and Poll Everywhere to support project delivery
Apply ethical and efficient use of AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
Key Qualifications

Completion or active pursuit of a post-secondary degree or diploma in accounting, business administration, Indigenous governance, or a related field
Demonstrated organizational and project coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks
Experience using digital platforms including SurveyMonkey, Dropbox, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and Poll Everywhere
Awareness of AI tools and their ethical application in professional settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
Experience working with Indigenous organizations or in consulting roles is considered an asset
