Full job description
AFIMAC Canada has both part-time and full-time openings for Train Marshalls/Close Protection Agents.


You will Earn:

$35 per hour
Accommodation provided when required
Hours:

Part-time: 20-33 hours per week (depending on route assigned)
Full-time: 35-50 hours per week (depending on route assigned)
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations
Monitor potential threats and adjust security measures
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all situations.
Collaborate with other security personnel, including drivers, logistical support, and surveillance teams, to ensure the overall safety of subject/s.
Maintain an accurate record of any incidents that occur
Establish and maintain secure environments.
Conduct risk assessments and proactive threat planning
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Job Requirements:

2+ years in close protection experience
Valid Security License (in province of hiring)
Use of Force training
Ability to travel and work away from home regularly
Former police/military or close protection training preferred
Martial arts or use-of-force background required
Excellent communication, judgement, and de-escalation skills
Professional grooming and punctuality required
Must be customer service-oriented
Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking)
French language skills a strong asset (bilingual preferred)
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Overnight travel may be required
