About Us

Eco Spas Alberta is a premium hot tub dealership offering disruptive, low-maintenance, low-chemical spas with a unique lifetime warranty hard cover. We sell primarily at trade shows and events across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and sometimes BC, where our product consistently attracts high customer interest. Our team works hard, closes big, and has a lot of fun doing it.

Position Overview

We are building a limited pool of part-time sales reps who will be scheduled for shows throughout the year. We attend trade shows about 32 weekends per year, and you can work as much as you want, based on your availability and our event schedule.

This is a performance-driven role for people who thrive on sales, competition, and hustle. If you’re strong with people, love closing deals, and can put in long weekends when called, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

Represent Eco Spas at trade shows, fairs, and events (almost always Friday–Sunday, with rare weekday shows).
Travel across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and occasionally BC (all travel and hotel expenses covered).
Engage with customers, answer questions, and close sales.
Assist with spa set-up and teardown (must be physically capable).
Work long hours with a team that works hard and celebrates wins together.
What You’ll Earn

Average earnings: ~$2,500 per weekend.
Range: $1,000–$7,000 per weekend depending on performance.
Extras: Frequent spiffs and bonuses (cash, prizes, team rewards).
With ~32 weekends of shows each year, motivated reps can build substantial annual earnings on a flexible schedule.
Why You’ll Love It

Premium product that’s easy to sell — customers love it.
Team culture: we work hard, but we also enjoy every city we visit (bowling, golfing, dinners, drinks).
Flexible “on-call” style — work as many weekends as you want.
Travel opportunities across Western Canada.
Spots in the sales pool are limited — we’re building a high-performing, close-knit team, not a revolving door.
Who We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for people with open schedules who thrive on commission-based income, such as:

Real estate agents
Stock traders/investors
Budding entrepreneurs
Freelancers/consultants
Retirees who still love the hustle
Requirements:

Strong sales ability and confidence in closing.
Willingness to work long days (sometimes 10–12 hours).
Physically able to help move, deliver and set up spas.
Must be reliable, motivated, and comfortable with travel.
How to Apply

Submit your resume AND/OR a short message about your sales background and why you’d be a great fit. We’re hiring a limited number of reps to join our pool, so apply early to secure a spot.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $1,500.00-$7,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 12 – 50 per week

Work Location: On the road
