Job Title: Telecom Drops / Pathway Supervisor
Location: Alberta
Job Type: Full-Time

About Us:
We are a growing utility construction company specializing in underground fiber installation. Based out of Stony Plain, AB, our team works across Western Canada, with current projects in Northern and Central Alberta that require additional resources.

We are looking for an experienced Drops / Pathway Supervisor to oversee crews and ensure high-quality, safe project delivery. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground position that requires the successful candidate to work daily in the field alongside the drops team while also supervising the work.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of telecom drops and pathways.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact with Project Superintendent(s) and Manager(s).
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and job records.
Qualifications:

Proven supervisory experience in telecom or utility construction.
Strong knowledge of fiber drops, conduit, and pathway construction.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong commitment to safety and quality control.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites across Alberta.
