Option 1: $3,500 monthly base + 15% commission after $14,000 in monthly deals + 15% annual recurring commission. (uncapped)
Option 2: No base, 50% first-year commission + 20% annual recurring commission (uncapped).
Annual recurring commissions(uncapped) with a 98% retention rate year over year—your clients renew with you after 12 months, building wealth over time.
