Job Overview
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service throughout their visit. You will be the face of our restaurant, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive guest interactions.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system (experience with Micros POS is preferred).
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling menu items.
Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are prepared according to specifications.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations.
Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a serving role within the food industry.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food service operations.
