Full job description
What will be your daily pursuit?:
Prepare and configure the experiences and products across Pursuit for sale in-person and online

This role is based in Jasper, AB with office-based or hybrid options available!
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $58,000 - 62,000 CAD per annum + benefits
What will you do in this job?:
Use ticketing and booking software to build new products and update existing products for sale at frontline point-of-sale locations, central reservation call centre, and online booking engine
Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, and Reservation teams to develop new guest experiences from ideas to sellable products – including attractions, activities, tours, transportation, hotels, retail, meals, and combo packages
Maintain inter-application product mappings
Prioritize incoming product requests based on timelines and impact
Create discount codes for internal and online use
Build and maintain product capacities
Prepare product announcement and testing communication
Lead user training on any processes that change with the introduction of new products
Assist in physical setup/takedown of seasonal experiences with focus on user stations
Assist in physical setup of new experiences with focus on user stations
Assist in day-to-day troubleshooting of user application issues, such as account lockouts and pinpad/printer difficulties
Assist in troubleshooting after-hours issues (shared schedule)
Use helpdesk ticketing software to manage and track tasks and user issues
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Experience with ticketing/booking software
Key applications include (but not limited to): ISO Pacific, RTP, Maestro, Micros Simphony, RetailPro, AdventureRes, Recreatex, Bókun, Anchor – experience with any of these advantageous
Experience with SQL databases and queries an asset
Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new software
Strong attention to detail always, with consistency during periods of higher demand
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
