We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food and service, managing staff, maintaining inventory and budget, and complying with health and safety regulations. You will also be involved in hiring, training, and evaluating employees, as well as handling customer feedback and complaints.


To be successful as an Assistant General Manager, you should have previous experience in the hospitality industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. You should also be able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and solve problems effectively. You must have a valid class 5 driver's license (or equivalent), and be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. The demand for candidates in the business is dependent on the seasonal increase of local tourism.

Position: Assistant General Manager

Wage: $20-$25 Based on Experience

Hours: 40 Hours a week

Position: Full-time year around

Start Date: Immediate

Requirements: 21+ years of age, 2 years of Supervisor/Management experience

Duties and Expectations:

Plan & execute dining service with team members
Ensure communication between all front-of-house staff
Uphold high standards of service
Maintain hygiene and sanitation practices for dining service
Hiring, Scheduling, Coaching, & mentoring of floor staff
Create and execute bar menus, including ordering and tracking inventory.
Create great guest experiences
Close or Open the restaurant to standards set out by management.
Handle cash transactions
Basic level accounting
Hold a Valid Class 5 Drivers license or equivalent
