Dana Hospitality is a Canadian owned food service provider that focuses on making culinary creations from scratch using fresh local ingredients.
We are looking to fill the above positions to join our staff at Marmot Basin Ski, Jasper, Alberta. This is a 7 day a week operation; some weekend shifts are required. Accommodation help is available if needed. These positions will carry over to the sky tram in the spring.
The position descriptions will change depending on the position you are applying for but the main skill are:
•	Maintain a clean and sanitized working environment
•	Relay with kitchen staff
•	Handle cash and other payment transactions following all cash handling procedures
•	Adhere to policies and standards as outlined in the Dana Hospitality Employee Handbook
•	Adhere to workplace safety and food safety/sanitation regulations
The competencies and qualifications needed...(depending on the position)
•	High School Diploma or equivalent required
•	Certifications as required to comply with local Health codes (ProServe Certification)
•	Exceptional customer service skills
•	Able to follow directions
•	Able to work successfully in a fast-paced work environment in a ski hill environment
