Full job description
We are currently accepting candidates resumes for a management position to join our expanding team. If you are a dynamic leader and an exceptional coach, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

-Training and supervising staff.

- Managing labour costs.

- Overseeing all maintenance of decor and equipment.

- Creating long lasting relationships with guests.

- Promoting the location to increase sales and profitability.

- Align with our community focus and our ‘family values’ as a grassroots company.

- Passion for the growing craft whisky, spirits and beer industry within the province of Alberta and beyond

- Become a trusted, and respected ambassador of the brand for both staff and guests alike, always showcasing a strong moral compass.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 2-3 years as Manager in the restaurant industry.

· 5 years plus of cumulative experience in the restaurant industry.

· Proven leadership and exceptional customer service skills.

· An entrepreneurial spirit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
