Full job description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various menu items under the guidance of the head chef
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning for use in cooking
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Experience working in a restaurant or fast-paced kitchen environment
