Job Overview
As a Legal Clerk/Conveyancer at Jasper Law, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to
support our legal team, including but not limited to:
 Preparing and processing legal documents related to real estate transactions.
 Conducting title searches and reviewing land titles.
 Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documents such as transfer documents, mortgages,
and affidavits.
 Coordinating with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure
smooth transactions.
 Managing and maintaining accurate records and files.
 Assisting with the completion of legal forms and applications.
 Providing administrative support to lawyers and other legal professionals as required.
