Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Bike Rental Shop Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals looking to rent e-bikes for various purposes.

 

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers and assist them in choosing the right e-bike for their needs and preferences.

- Provide customers with information about e-bike features, safety guidelines, and rental procedures.

- Ensure that all waivers are correctly filled out, signed, and witnessed. 

- Process rental agreements, collect payments, and maintain accurate rental records.

- Ensure that the bikes and accessories are in good repair and batteries are charged before each rental.

- Conduct brief orientations to demonstrate how to operate the e-bikes safely.

- Assess participants skills and ability to ride.

- Ensure e-bikes are properly maintained, charged, and cleaned after each rental.

- Be an advocate for safety on the road and in the wilderness.

- Inspect e-bikes for any damages or issues before and after each rental.

- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have during their rental experience.

- Promote additional services or products offered by the rental shop.

- Maintain a clean and organized rental shop environment.

Job Requirements 
**Qualifications:**

 

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of e-bikes and bike maintenance is required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

 

**Physical Requirements:**

 

- Ability to lift and move e-bikes weighing up to 70 pounds.

- Stand and walk for extended periods.
