Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Taxi Drivers to join our team in Jasper, Alberta. As a driver you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing exceptional service and representing our company in a professional manner.

Drivers must:

Provide friendly and courteous service to passengers, assisting with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle, both inside and out.
Communicate effectively with the dispatcher and passengers to ensure efficient transportation services.
Multitask efficiently, managing multiple tasks such as driving, communicating with passengers, and navigating routes simultaneously.
On a rotational basis, act as the dispatcher and direct the other drivers, while continuing usual duties. 
Maintain their own float, bookkeeping, etc. as all drivers are independent contractors.
Drivers must possess:

A valid Class 4 driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Knowledge of the Jasper area and surrounding regions.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
An ability to multitask effectively and make sound decisions under pressure.
As independent contractors, all earnings are commission and tip based. There is no hourly wage. Drivers are responsible for their own fuel and paying the company a lease amount based on the total kilometres driven. They are not responsible for the cost of insurance or maintenance.

This is an ideal job for an individual who enjoys interacting with the public, and an autonomous work environment, working collectively with other drivers.
