The Maligne Range Distillery & Restaurant is seeking passionate and thoughtful kitchen staff in the stunning Jasper, Alberta. The Maligne Range experience is a celebration of Canadian whisky and elevated dining with a unique Jasper twist. Set against the spectacular backdrop of the Athabasca Valley, our guests will discover the full Maligne Range of products including house exclusives, curated cocktails. Born from decades of experience creating some of Alberta’s favourite brewpubs including Jasper Brewing, Banff Ave Brewing, Last Best Brewing & Distilling, and Campio Brewing Co., we have built on our history and passion for craft beer, spirits and cuisine with this uniquely Canadian whisky experience. We are looking for individuals to play a part on our team in a fast paced, energetic environment. These individuals have the ability to be positive, organized, communicate and lead with character through high volumes of business. They value respect, integrity, and a roll up your sleeves attitude. They are curious, hardworking, and appreciate a fun work environment. The Maligne Range menu is constantly evolving with rotating features, seasonal updates and weekly/daily specials. We encourage creativity from our culinary team with an Alberta-inspired lens and a focus on dishes that elevate our in-house whisky expressions. In your role as Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will:

Report directly to the Supervisor or Sous on shift.
Showcase your Organization and time management skills, be punctual.
Require a high level communication, both verbal and written.
Be well organized and respectful of routine driven processes.
Always consider the guest while moving forward in daily challenges.
Align with our community focus and our Mission, Vision, and Values as a grassroots company.
Bring 1+ years experience in high volume kitchens.
