Our restaurant is an exciting addition to Jasper’s culinary scene, known for its stunning ambiance, fantastic food, and exceptional bar drinks. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a busy bar or restaurant environment, excellent customer service skills, and a deep appreciation for the restaurant industry. A successful candidate will have years of industry experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage various aspects of the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar.
Supervise and support staff, ensuring high standards of service.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing customer interactions and resolving any issues promptly.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
Oversee the bar's finances and ensure accurate cash handling.
Maintain general cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.
Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
Support staff training and development.
What We Need From You:

Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and coach team members.
