Job Title: Cocktail Server

Location: Jasper, Alberta

We are seeking 2 motivated, hard-working individuals to join our bar staff as Cocktail Servers. As part of our front-of-house team, you oversee a section of tables and dining floor, taking customer orders, delivering drinks, and processing payments. You also assist bartending staff by restocking supply areas, cleaning off bar surfaces and tables, and answering customer questions. This is a fast-paced role requiring you to pay close attention to detail and multitask in a distracting atmosphere while providing customer service. Our ideal candidates have prior experience as a server in similar environments.

Duties

Provide service for tables and nightclub floor area
Take orders, deliver drinks, and process payments
Stock and organize inventory at server stations and behind the bar
Answer customer questions and resolve issues
Assist bartenders with additional tasks as necessary

Requirements:
Valid work visa/permit, permanent residence status, or Canadian citizenship

Criminal Record Check
2+ years Cocktail Serving experience
Knowledge of cocktail recipes, types of alcohol, and common alternatives for customers with allergies or special requests
Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
Valid ProServe/ProTect certification (Alberta's liquor service training)
Understanding of food and drink pairings a plus
Enjoys the vibrant, tourist-driven atmosphere of Jasper
Adaptable team player who thrives in a bustling restaurant-bar environment
