Social Worker:

The ideal candidate is responsible for the administration of the program. This position requires a person who is able to work independently and with others. They will perform a variety of duties in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organization and or the facility. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for the administration of a mental health program
Responsible for the implementation of the program and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Responsible for data collection and quality improvement
Responsible for assisting in treatment planning as needed
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Perform other related duties as assigned or assigned by management
Perform other duties as required by department or facility
Requirements:

Licensed Social Worker (Alberta, Canada)
Licensed in additional provinces is considered an asset
Comfortable working independently and remotely with the population when needed
Ability to utilize G-Suites, M365
Prior use of InputHealth will be considered an asset
Prior work with Veterans and dealing with VAC (MBC) will be considered an asset
Fluency in French is considered an asset
Successful completion of vulnerable sector check
Required Education, Certification, or Licensure:

Must be a certified/registered Social Worker in the province of Alberta with a Master's Degree
