What will you do in this job?:
Work a variety of shifts that may include; barista service, hosting, food running, food service, buffet line running, bussing, and/or restocking
Provide and warm and welcoming experience by actively greeting and engaging with all guest as they enter the food and beverage locations and food service counters
Be knowledgeable and up to date on all food and beverage products and experiences, assisting guests with making suitable product choices for their needs
Be the first point of interaction for any food and beverage service or product issues finding effective resolution as supported by the supervisor/Manager
Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms
Complete daily cashout procedures
Providing guests information on the local area
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
Maintenance and cleanliness of service areas and dining areas
Other duties as assigned

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
Previous food and beverage experience preferred with Barista experience an asset.
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Cash handling with server experience an asset
Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be enthusiastic about hospitality, and providing warm engaging service to high volumes of guests
Handling stress in the most professional manner
Completion of Pro-Serve qualifications
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)
Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards

Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
