Job Title: Maligne Tours Food service supervisor  

Terms of Employment: Seasonal, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Bonus, Gratuities

Anticipated Start Date: 2015/05/13

Location: Jasper, Alberta (1 vacancy) 

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Work Setting: Cafeteria, Private club, Restaurant
Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Security and Safety: Criminal record check (abstract)
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence
Work Location Information: Staff accommodation provided
Ability to Supervise: 16-20 people, Staff in various areas of responsibility
