Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the property, preventing theft or vandalism, and maintaining a secure environment for staff and visitors. This role requires a professional with strong observational skills and a commitment to safety protocols. Prior experience in law enforcement, surveillance, or loss prevention is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the property to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to oversee all areas of the premises
Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary
Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of daily activities
Control access points by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes when required
Assist visitors and staff with directions or inquiries in a professional manner
Conduct security checks on equipment and facilities to ensure operational integrity
Requirements

Prior experience in law enforcement, surveillance, loss prevention, or related security fields is preferred
Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques
Strong observational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to remain calm and composed during stressful situations
Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly when needed
Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations (if applicable)
