The Opportunity:

As an Administrative Associate, you will be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors or calls our office. This is a role for someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, communicates with ease, and genuinely enjoys being the person people can count on.

What You'll Do

Greet clients and visitors and ensure a professional, welcoming experience

Answer and route incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Manage day-to-day office tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

What We're Looking For

A Level 1 General Insurance License is considered an asset

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and a proactive, self-directed working style

Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment

Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
