Overview

We are seeking a Process Analyst / Value Engineer to join our team. This role blends process engineering, advanced analytics, and object-centric process mining (OCPM). The successful candidate will combine business process knowledge with hands-on technical expertise to design and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand process challenges and improvement opportunities.
Apply Celonis OCPM methodology to design and develop process insights.
Build analytical products, KPIs, and dashboards that illuminate end-to-end process performance.
Translate process findings into solutions that improve operational outcomes.
Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business SMEs to deliver integrated solutions.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership and process owners in a clear, actionable manner.
Qualifications

5–8 years of relevant experience in process analytics, value engineering, or related roles.
Celonis (or other process mining) certification required; OCPM skills strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of core business processes (Meter to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Work Management, or similar).
Solid technical background in SQL, PQL, and data modeling.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, analytics, or related field.
