Responsabilités

Recevoir, filtrer et acheminer les appels téléphoniques entrant.
Effectuer de l'entrée de donnée.
Offrir des renseignements précis et utiles au clients.
Traitement de la boite générale de courriels.
Assurer la qualité de l’expérience client.
Effectuer des tâches administratives .
Exigences du poste

Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience au service à la clientèle.
Expérience de travail dans un environnement de centre d’appels.
Bilinguisme essentiel
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais, exigées sans exception.
Profil

Aisance naturelle au téléphone
Capacite à gérer plusieurs dossiers à la fois.
Agilité clavier et aisance informatique avec MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Sens prononcé du service à la clientèle.
Avoir de l'entregent. Excellente aptitudes de communication.
Capacité de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.
Souci du détail et de la qualité du travail rendue.
Capacité à assimilé des notions techniques.
Ponctualité et assiduité.
Motivation, sens de l’initiative et excellentes compétences en gestion du temps.
