Job Description:

Are you an experienced Life Insurance Agent or Broker with a proven track record in sales seeking an opportunity to take your career to the next level with a team that values your expertise? Trinity Solutions Team is seeking motivated and skilled Brokers to join our dynamic team and explore high-paying compensation programs in the industry.

Role Mission: To successfully improve financial outlooks for families through proficient client acquisition strategies and implementation of ethical financial solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Leverage your sales background and industry expertise to connect with potential clients and provide them with the best-suited insurance solutions.
Source clients through professional opportunities to build your book of business.
Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and financial situations to recommend appropriate risk, savings, and debt solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with the Trinity Solutions Team to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications & Competencies:

Must have a valid Life & Health Insurance Agent license in your province of residency.
Proven track record of success in life insurance and/or accident and sickness insurance sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Familiarity with Canadian compensation guidelines for life insurance agents.
Existing knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
