Compensation:
The wage for this position is $19/hour.
What will be your daily pursuit?:
Provide a safe and personalized interpretive experience for guests in the frozen Maligne Canyon.

What will you do in this job?:
Warmly greet guests and provide assistance with safety equipment
Guide guests through the frozen Maligne Canyon as part of a three hour tour with safety always at the forefront
Provide an animated interpretive experience that is engaging and adventurous for guests
Offer a high level of guest service
Perform safety checks on the ice
Communicate via radio with dispatch
Represent Pursuit with professional conduct and appearance at all times
Uphold the “Always Honest” values
What skills and experience do you need for this job?:
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Impeccable guest service skills and strong communication skills
Commitment to safety
Enthusiasm for mountain life
Keen interest in the geology, vegetation, wildlife and stories of Jasper National Park
Physically fit
Standard first aid required
Class 4 driver’s license an asset

Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required
