Relief Night Audit – Jasper Inn & Suites

Job Summary:

As a team our goal is to create an unforgettable, picture-perfect experience for our guests. Your role in that goal is very important! At Jasper Inn & Suites by INNHotels, our Night Auditor wears many hats – from Front Desk Agent to Guest Liaison to Accounting; they do it all and are vital to the Day to Day!

Casual - 2 days a week/16 hrs a week, 11 pm to 7 am, year-round/permanent
Starting Wage of $19
A second language is an asset.
Hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience an asset.
Job Responsibilities:

Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Take, cancel, and change room reservations
Provide information on hotel facilities and services
Provide general information about points of interest in the area
Investigate and resolve complaints and claims
Process guests' departures
calculate charges and receive payments
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Assist accounting
Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
Follow emergency and safety procedures
Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Handle wake-up calls
Provide customer service
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Qualifications:
