The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Director of Finance, Operations to lead financial planning and analysis across our operational functions, including plant operations, procurement, and logistics. This role will be instrumental in driving performance insights, forecasting, and budgeting for operations, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.

Scope of Role
The Director of Finance, Operations plays a critical role in bridging financial strategy with operational execution. This position is responsible for overseeing the financial performance of core operational functions including plant operations, procurement, logistics, and capital projects. The role requires a strong command of cost accounting, operational finance, and performance analytics to support strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

Month-End Operational Analysis: Delivering timely and accurate variance analysis across key operational areas to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Performance Reporting: Designing and maintaining reporting frameworks that provide visibility into operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and cost drivers.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Leading the monthly operations forecast and annual budget planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals and operational realities.
CapEx Oversight: Monitoring capital expenditure against budget, evaluating ROI, and ensuring financial discipline in investment decisions.
Business Partnering: Acting as a strategic partner to operations leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations to improve performance and cost efficiency.
Compliance & Controls: Ensuring financial controls and cost accounting practices are robust, compliant, and continuously optimized.
Knowledge and Experience

CPA designation required.
5–7 years of progressive experience in operations finance and cost accounting.
Strong understanding of manufacturing or plant operations, procurement, and logistics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
