Full job description
We are looking for an excellent team player. As a bartender in our food and beverage outlet, you are expected to exceed guest expectations and maximize food and beverage revenue every shift. You will achieve excellence by providing your guests with efficient and friendly service.

Job duties:

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Leadership Team, the primary responsibilities are:

Greeting and providing exceptional guest service to our guests at the bar while creating an amazing guest experience
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including regular cleaning of glassware, bar tools, and surfaces to meet hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor and manage bar inventory, restock supplies and plan for inventory replenishment.
Handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and process payments on the POS system.
You will be tasked to occasionally serve tables
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and always follow through with all tasks with a strong drive to succeed!
Take part in daily Bar-Prep
Employment Experience and Educational Requirements:

Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a fast paced environment
Have a valid ProServe certification
Knowledge of provincial alcohol laws and regulations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment without sacrificing quality.
