General Manager - Jasper Inn & Suites

The General Manager for the Jasper Inn & Suites (145 rooms) will be responsible for all aspects of the hotel's operations including providing exceptional guest service, establishing a quality team of staff and managers and maximizing revenues and the bottom line.

Job Summary:

Direct operation of the hotel to drive revenue, manage costs and maintain quality standards.
Lead the property as its brand & culture ambassador and create an environment where team members feel inspired and engaged.
Shape customer feedback to be constructive and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall ratings.
Embody leadership by setting performance goals for employees, hands-on coaching & support. Innovate & reward those high achievers.
A strong understanding of all departments is required i.e., Administration, Sales and Marketing, Front desk and Housekeeping.
Education and Experience:

A minimum of 10 years' experience in hospitality is required, with a strong understanding of all departments.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management an asset.
