Employee Benefit Plan
Supervise, co-ordinate, monitor and schedule the activities of staff;
Hire, train and coach housekeeping team members and demonstrate patience and positive attitude when providing training and delegating tasks;
Effectively create shift schedule including employee vacations, employee breaks and overtime assignment;
Organize, supervise and motivate team leaders, housemen, day cleaners and housekeepers;
Perform daily inspection of all rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently being met and housekeeping staff are completing tasks in a timely fashion;
Evaluate performance of employees and provide feedback to the manager;
Monitor efficiency of all housekeeping team members;
Resolve personality issues between workers if necessary;
Set an example for other employees by working hard to meet shift production goals;
Immediately report violations of safety or security policies to the manager;
Assist Head Housekeeping Supervisor and Executive Housekeeper as needed;
Respond to emergency situations;
Other duties as assigned by the manager
