Job Overview
We’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join
our team. If you live and breathe the outdoors — whether that’s backcountry skiing, trail running,
hiking, or paddling — and you love helping people find the right gear, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Provide expert product advice on outdoor gear, apparel, footwear, and accessories
- Drive sales while delivering an exceptional in-store experience
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized
- Receive and stock inventory with care and attention to detail
- Stay current on new products, brands, and outdoor trends
- Support seasonal promotions, events, and community initiatives

Job Requirements 
What We’re Looking For
- Genuine passion for the outdoors and an active lifestyle
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of outdoor gear categories (hiking, camping, climbing, ski/snowboard,
etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal retail environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons
- First Aid certification is an asset
