We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition strategy - helping us reach more Canadians, faster.

What will you be responsible for?

North Star: Drive new revenue from qualified leads.

1.Paid Media Ownership

Develop and supervise media strategy across Google Ads and Meta Ads (executed by our paid media agency).
Write compelling ad copy, define creative concepts, and collaborate with agency for asset production.
Oversee campaign setup, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and budget pacing.
Continuously A/B test creatives, messaging, targeting, and placements.
2.Creative & Messaging

Create detailed briefs for UGC creators
Review and optimize ad creatives to ensure messaging-market fit.
Build a library of tested hooks, formats, and offers to improve scalability.
Collaborate with the content/brand team to align paid ads with broader campaigns.
3.Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

Own performance dashboards: build, maintain, and automate reporting in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.
Ensure data integrity through proper tagging (UTMs, GTM setup, event tracking).
Conduct cohort and funnel analysis to measure CPA, CAC:LTV, and ROAS.
Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
4.Channel Expansion & Testing

Identify and validate new acquisition channels (TikTok, YouTube, Podcasts, Influencers, etc..).
Run time-boxed experiments with clear success criteria.
Build a testing roadmap (new audiences, offers, placements) and document learnings.
5.Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment

Coordinate with SEO/content team to ensure paid and organic alignment (keywords, messaging).
Partner with product/development to improve tracking infrastructure and conversion flow.

Do you have what it takes?

5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with deep expertise across Paid Search & Paid Social.
Proven track record managing $100k+/month across Google, Meta and other key platforms, with a primary focus on lead generation.
Experience managing external agencies & freelancers.
Strong grasp of CPA, ROAS, LTV and unit economics.
Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills and data fluency (GA4, attribution, cohort analysis).
Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certified is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
