We are looking for a skilled and reliable Locksmith to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for quality and professionalism. This position is located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities

· Install, repair, and maintain locks, keys, and security hardware for commercial clients (residential clients on occasion).

· Respond to emergency lockout situations and provide timely solutions, occasionally after hours.

· Cut and duplicate keys, rekey locks, and program electronic locking systems.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot security hardware issues.

· System administration, including management of customer key files and account files

· Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

· Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a locksmith mandatory.

· Knowledge of mechanical and electronic locking systems.

· Ability to use locksmith tools and equipment safely and effectively.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

This a full-time permanent position with a very attractive compensation package and other employee incentives. This position is located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
