Helping Hands Nanny and Au Pair Services is seeking passionate, reliable, and experienced childcare professionals to join our network. We connect families with qualified caregivers and provide a safe, supportive platform for both providers and families.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a family in on the East side of Jasper. In this position you will be provided with on site accommodation and work for two families, on a full-time basis, the other casually as required.

As a nanny, you’ll provide attentive and nurturing care in the family’s home— ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for the children.

You’ll primarily care for two children. A 7-month-old full time and 6-year-old on a casual basis. You will be expected to maintain daily routines, plan fun, enriching activities, and helping with light housework.

You’ll have your own private 2-bedroom suite with a kitchenette.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, personalized childcare
Support children’s daily routines, hygiene, and meals
Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Communicate regularly with parents regarding routines and updates
Assist with household tasks, including light housekeeping, cooking for the children, and dishes.
Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
Current Standard Childcare First Aid with CPR Level B or C
Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
Proven childcare experience
Private nanny experience is an asset
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is an asset
Comfortable with short-notice changes and flexible schedules
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and able to follow directions
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
Able to provide recent childcare-related references
Hours of Work

40 hours per week.
