Maintenance Administrative Supports encompass a range of duties focused on providing essential administrative functions to support the maintenance division.

As a Maintenance Administrative Support, YOU will:

Be responsible for invoicing and daily tracking routines
Assist with organizing orientation, flights, camp access, and site requirements
Maintain up-to-date orientation and site requirements records
Update existing data and verify data by comparing it to source documents
Track preventative maintenance
Manage the office environment
Track and analyze trends and statistical information
Assist with ordering parts and tracking
Be in direct contact with vendors

Work at the Heart of Canada’s Energy Sector
Based in the Alberta Oil Sands (Fort McMurray/Wood Buffalo Region), you’ll work 12 hours/day on a 14/14 rotation, alternating sets between days and nights. Shifts will start at 5:45 in a safety-first environment.

Not local? No problem! We offer $1,000/month commuter support, and depending on the site, either accommodations and transportation from town to site or Fly-In/Fly-Out (FIFO) from hub locations (Calgary or Edmonton) with camp.

What We’re Looking For:

A desire to make a difference and take pride in your work
Completion of an office administration diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 3 years in an administrative role, preferably on a project site location
Demonstrated high standards of ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Software Expertise: proficiency in using and managing software and data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and particularly at an advanced level of Excel
Problem-Solving Skills: ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency; individual is highly proactive and solution-focused.
Communication Skills: the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) is essential for interacting with customers, clients, and vendors, with demonstrated high standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
Organizational Skills: must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize the work, organize data effectively, meet tight deadlines, and work well under pressure
Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions is essential in a dynamic environment to analyze and assess information, make recommendations, and prioritize tasks accordingly
