Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant at multiple locations across, Alberta and British Columbia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation in accordance with health regulations.
Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
Foster a positive dining experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize menu offerings and maintain inventory levels.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and waste management.
Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Experience in supervising staff and conducting interviews for new hires.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in food preparation or as a cook is a plus.
