The Role
This role will involve working with our travel team to communicate with guests, suppliers and fellow team members. Manage guest reservation and trip details, provide exceptional sales and service, promote SunDog Tours products and services. Help our guests find tours and sightseeing options that suit their individual wishes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting guests with travel arrangements
Email management & communication
Assisting in platform updates
Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication
Time Management or multitasking abilities
Proficient in Google workspace, MS Office
High School diploma or equivalent
Local Knowledge (Not essential but a bonus)
