Do you have experience working in a fast paced cafeteria environment preparing high quality food where you had to work independently without supervision, mutli-task, lend a hand wherever needed and deliver exceptional customer service? If so, then we want you to join our team …. in the role of Prep Cook.
As the Prep Cook you will be responsible for;
food preparation especially; soups and making entrees from scratch
serving dinner
you may also be responsible for ordering and doing weekly inventory, catering and leading the work of othersYou must have 2 years of recent experience as a Prep Cook in a high volume, food service/cafeteria environment or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience. A certificate in chef training or related college program would be an asset. Must be able to ski.
