Servus is growing! We are currently looking for a Mobile Registry Agent at our Jasper branch!

Posting Closes: May 5, 2025

Employment Status: Full Time temporary 12 month contract ( 37.5 hours per week) Branch Hours are Monday to Friday

Additional Information: Your home branch will be in Jasper, AB and you will be required to travel to the following locations: Grande Cache, Sangudo, Entwistle, Wabamun (Mileage provided)

Due to the nature of this role, interested candidates must hold a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle.

Reporting to the Registry Supervisor, you play a vital role in the delivery of superior personalized service to our member owners/clients. As a Registry Agent, you are accountable for assessing member/client needs and manipulating databases in order to process over 160 products in the areas of motor vehicles, vital statistics, land titles, personal property and corporate registry on behalf of their employers and Service Alberta.


More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Achieve or exceed assigned sales and referral goals
Enthusiastically participate in, and assist in the creation of corporate and branch campaigns, and marketing/business development plans
Build member/client confidence, loyalty, and trust through the delivery of superior personalized service and the referral or sale of customized financial solutions
Address member inquiries and concerns with ease
Remain current on product knowledge with a focus on communicating benefits to our members/clients
Ensure necessary due diligence is taken to support the accuracy of all member/client transactions
Adhere to all policies and procedures in order to mitigate risk of loss to Servus Credit Union and Service Alberta
Apply Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (FOIP) Act and apply Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Train and support team members as required
Actively participate in department/work unit and credit union meetings
Contribute positively to branch morale and a cohesive work environment
Requirements

To qualify, you must have customer service experience, proven sales experience, cash-handling experience, and a high school diploma.

Although not required, the following are valuable assets:

Previous experience working with a Financial Institution
Business certificate, diploma, or degree is an asset
