Job Summary

Miette Hot Springs Bungalows is hiring for our Front desk for the 2025 season. Season starts May 16th and ends October 13th. Free onsite accommodation available. Individuals will have dorm style sleeping quarters , with fridge and SAT TV. Free SAT WIFI is also on site. A retention bonus of $1.00 per hour worked through- out the season for those who finish the 2025 season with us on October 16th. We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires proficiency in managing phone systems, handling inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing guests to their unit and making reservations for guests.
Processing booking requests.
Provide administrative support including data entry and document management.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
Handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism, offering solutions as needed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support services.
Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
