Job Description

We are seeking a visually driven Marketing Manager with a strong foundation in graphic design and content creation to bring our storytelling to life. You’ll play a key role in shaping the resort’s creative output—developing beautiful, brand-aligned assets that support campaigns, elevate our digital presence, and visually express our repositioning journey. What You’ll Be Doing:

Graphic Design & Brand Visuals

Lead the development of all visual content, ensuring creative consistency and brand alignment across platforms
Design and produce high-quality assets for print and digital channels—including social media content, email campaigns, menus, signage, brochures, and on-property touchpoints
Support resort-wide initiatives with visually compelling materials that reflect luxury positioning and renovation milestones
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and creative agencies to maintain a refined, world-class aesthetic
Manage content libraries and maintain a consistent visual language across departments and guest-facing media
Digital Marketing & Content Strategy

Design and optimize creative assets for digital campaigns, hotel website, OTA listings, and paid advertising
Enhance the visual appeal of our digital channels to drive engagement and increase conversion
Partner with the Regional Digital Marketing Team and Revenue Management to ensure creative assets align with performance goals
Social Media & Campaign Support

Design and curate engaging visual content for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
Support social media activations through designed templates, story assets, reels, and branded visuals
Track visual engagement performance and iterate on content to improve reach and impact
Event Marketing & Visual Storytelling
Support the visual marketing of property activations, culinary events, seasonal campaigns, and luxury guest experiences
Assist in documenting and showcasing influencer stays and press events through curated visual assets
Create visually impactful presentations and marketing collateral for internal and external stakeholder

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual content creation, or marketing—ideally in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft 365
Solid understanding of branding principles and luxury aesthetics
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Adobe Experience Platform), email platforms, and social media management tools
Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills; motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus
Experience managing multiple design projects and timelines across departments
Strong copywriting and content ideation skills considered an asset
GA4 or digital marketing certifications are an advantage
Flexible and collaborative mindset, with a strong eye for detail and design trends
Willingness to work evenings and weekends to support special events and activations
