Full job description
Job Description:

Jasper Employment & Education Centre is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to ensure organizational effectiveness by administering financial, human resource, and marketing functions. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations Coordinator will contribute to developing and implementing organizational strategies, policies, and practices.

This a part-time position with some flexibility to accommodate work hours around another job.

Responsibilities:

Financial Administration: Manage accounts receivable/payable, reconcile monthly activities, and maintain administrative files.
Human Resource Management: Plan human resource needs, assist in recruitment and hiring, and track professional development.
Marketing & Promotion: Oversee marketing strategy, manage promotional materials, and monitor social media and website content.
Organizational Effectiveness: Improve processes, manage operational plans, and ensure policy adherence.
This is a maternity leave cover position until June 2025.

Job Requirements:

A diploma or degree in business or HR or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Some understanding of web development, social media, and SEO is an asset.
