What you will be doing as an MIT:
You will lead by example at the front desk along with supporting the efficient daily operations of all departments by modelling our high standards in customer service, risk management and hostel operations.

Shift schedules and rotations that maximize your ability to get out and explore. Need a few days to get out into the wilderness? We'll make it happen.
