We are Canadian Rocky Mountain travel experts and a one-stop shop for those who would love to explore our home base here in Jasper, Alberta.

SunDog Transportation and Tours has been sharing our transportation and touring expertise with international, regional, and local guests for over 25 years. Our staff live, work, and roam the rocky mountains and as a new reservationist and vacation specialist you will share your knowledge and expertise to create the ideal vacation experience for our guests.

The Role

The role of reservationist and vacation specialist will involve communicating with our guests, suppliers, tour directors, and SunDog's operations team on a daily basis. Creating and managing guest reservations with exceptional customer service, attention to detail and informed guidance will be part of your responsibilities in this position. A strong understanding of communications and reservations systems will be required as this position will be fast paced and the ability to communicate over the phone, in person, and over email will be necessary.

You will experience the services and tours SunDog has to offer throughout our training program. We take pride in building and continuing relationships with our guests whether that be on our daily connectors, seasonal tours, or private chartered services. Qualifications: Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication
Time Management and multitasking skills
Proficient in Google workspace, MS Office
Proficiency in multiple languages an asset
Driver License an asset
Local knowledge of The Canadian Rockies an asset
