Housing Coordinator

Casual part-time around 10-20 hours per week.
Responsible for coordinating staff move ins and move outs, getting leases signed and coordinating damage deposits with administration
Meeting staff and getting them settled in
On call for maintenance and key issues.
Overseeing two staff houses and units in Cavell Apartments (bi-weekly inspections)
Point of contact for Jasper Inn Properties (off site) tenants
Take care of minor repairs, coordinate with hotel maintenance for larger repairs
