Evening Server – Jasper Inn & Suites, Inn Grill

Job Summary:

As a team our goal is to create an enjoyable dining experience. Your role in that goal is very important! At TheInn Grill/Jasper Inn & Suites, our Servers make our guests are welcomed like family.

Job Responsibilities:

Greeting & interacting with diners in a friendly manner
Seating diners quickly upon arrival
Taking food/drink orders in a timely manner & correctly
Answering any questions/concerns regarding the menu or making recommendations
Bringing orders to the tables in a timely manner
Checking that diners are enjoying their dining experience
Qualifications:

You are a team player who is excited to create a wonderful experience for the Inn Grill guests! You are positive, driven and have a 'glass half full' outlook on life. Your other traits include:

A passion for customer service and a strong attention to detail.
Energetic, flexible, reliable, respectful, hands-on individual with initiative and integrity.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent organizational, communication and people skills.
Friendly and pleasant demeanor, courteous, self-motivated, and professional.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, independently and as part of a team.
Previous Server experience is preferred, but willing to train
