Job Overview

Duties

Have the ability to perform various vegetation management styles such as but not limited to: herbicide application, manual removal, mechanical treatment (mowing, weed whacking etc)
Perform basic equipment maintenance such as but limited to: washing trucks, trailers & UTVs, organization of workspaces, fueling equipment
Participate in daily FLHA activities, bi-weekly safety meetings, and completion of safety orientations/tickets
Ability to accurately complete application records and submit in a timely manner (use of various operating systems IOS/Android strongly recommended)
Ability to carry backpack sprayers through challenging terrain

Class 5 drivers license
First Aid

Bear/Wildlife Awareness
CSTS
CN Orientation
CSA
Alberta Pesticide License or the ability to obtain before start date
BC Pesticide License or the ability to obtain before start date
