Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our small mountain team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and or light commerical construction and renovation, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves building, renovating, and maintaining structures, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Construct, install, and repair structures made of concrete, wood etc.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
Perform rebar installation and concrete forming as required.
Utilize heavy equipment operation for various construction tasks.
Apply caulking and finishing techniques to enhance the durability of structures.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations throughout all tasks.
Experience

Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Familiarity with various carpentry tools and techniques.
Experience in concrete forming, and renovation projects is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a strong work ethic.
