Full job description
Kumama Bistro is a Chef-driven, ingredient-led experience using influence from our International guest and own travels. No Program. Just good food and booze.

The bistro is located at the main building of Pine Bungalows Resort in Jasper National Park. We are currently seeking a server/bartender with upscale casual dinning experience to join our amazing team of leading professionals in the hospitality industry. This position is ideal for ambitious individuals with a passion for food wine and creating memorable guest experiences.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reports to the Manager/Supervisor, responsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Consistently offer professional engaging guest service
Excellent knowledge of food, wine and cocktails
Guide guest through menu items with informative recommendations
Follow company policies, procedures and standard
Have full knowledge of all menu items and preparation methods
Follow all safety policies when handling food and beverage
Solid understanding of craft beer.

Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work with fellow colleagues as part of a team

Alberta ProServe is required
Expected Start date mid April

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
